I bought this screen from TigerDirect within month ago also it took a while it to be delivered. It arrived three weeks later in excellent condition. It had heavy cardboard edge protectors in the edge of the toy box and it also even had a photo on one side in the box showing what are the condition among the box was like when it left TigerDirect's shipping facility - now it is precisely what I call applying special care! I set it up yesterday after doing calculating that the best mounting location would be and spending almost an hour or so installing a 1" x 6" board and also hooks. People first plugged in the ability cord on your inline control switch and pressed the down button, I had very happy to know how quiet machine runs being the screen was being lowered. My only complaint (can be easily fixed) is always that the foot wide patch of black edging showed when it absolutely was done lowering. We've ever since then pushed the stop button on your switch after i start to see the black edge beginning. I put in place my Optoma HD65 projector and my Samsung DTB-H260F HDTV converter box (there is an HDMI output) and it has a bright picture - when I a good small table lamp on. I don't know exactly what the previous reviewer's issue is (perhaps it is really defective), but now you have an outstanding screen just for a beginner's would you. And also what it's designed to, looks good, and costs significantly less than other similar-sized screens (paid a bit not up to $200). I enjoy it!
