This is definitely a awesome set, great picture in HD, rather not bad on standard definition! I kinda took the possibility for this as I couldn't find any home response time, and that i understand the response time spec is nothing to completely go off of anyways while there is no regulation to the perimeters in this stat. Regardless I have to function to check out any motion blur on games, and I'm not sure if it's much more an effect when turning quickly. Playing a fps is like the differences between day and night when comparing this set to my early model LCD from Westinghouse. I got my Hitachi UT47V702 using an eBay store with cashback, also it included the AVC08U unit (do not get this without it if you are considering with it like a TV without a cable box). While using manual it only supports significantly 1360 x 768 RGB input, and this doesn't support PC resolutions through DVI to HDMI (I haven't really tested either yet). It seems that some individuals think it's bad to achieve the tuner box separate through the TV, but In my opinion , that is a fabulous method for making it so thin and well styled. Besides to mess with your inputs it's way better to navigate around your little friend AV unit (smaller than any VCR), as opposed to going digging around behind your giant screen. It might be a handy procedure to limit the volume of cables running to the unit. The speakers leave a bit to become desired, but what else could you really expect from two 6w speakers? Just the thing I wish were different was if ever the AV unit had an analog audio out, because now I have to buy a 60$ converter for my old stereo unit, or upgrade onto a digital surround set.
